Will there be any wintry scenes or environments in this game? Playing divinity now and there isn't any snowy areas, or icy areas. Will there be in Riftrunner, or in Divinity 2?

not a bad question although I don't find it necessary

Not necessary, but it's a fun environment to play in. I liked Divinity's forests, but the desert gave me a headache. Let's have frozen areas, and wet tropical areas, too.

I remember having a looong time ago read something about a game which even incorporated seasons. . I think, that would be great !

I believe this would add to the whole athmosphere ...

Great idea, it would be hard to incorporate it in a game but i like this idea a lot.

It wouldn't be hard for a 3D game. You can just have a texture for each season and blend them as the seasons change.

this topic sounds familiar. we talked of this before, have we?

i remembered we discussed about weather & climate effects & day/night transition & how they can affect gameplay. have to look for it.

A 2D game that comes to mind and where the seasons change is Goldenland. It's been released in Russia only upto now, but it's a 2D RPG.

I searched for 'weahter' and found nothing.

However this would only improve on the game.

Maybe 'weather' would give better results?
Also, make sure you change the date range to all posts, rather than the last week.

it would olso be good if u could be in more places where friendly ncp's spoke different languages like the elven encampment in but more. soz if this is but i feel it comes in with the ice and tropics.

u (English) = You
u (Dutch / Flemish) = Sie (German) (more formal)
