Does anyone know that game? I used to play it a lot before D2 came out,
Yep, I have it. It's okay, but... you have to eat. And I don't mean you simply have to keep track of how much food you have, either. You have to physically go into your backpack and click on different types of food. And you have to do it a lot. Very tedious very quickly.
Plus, it's one of those "3D engine just because we can" games, and so you spend most of your wrist energy rotating around obstacles that are only in your way because it's 3d. It's like NWN and DS in that way, but with worse camera control
Overall.. tedious. The effort-to-fun ratio wasn't high enough for me to finish the game. But the engine was kinda okay.
Just opinions.
But just so this isn't completely full of gripes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> There's one I kinda liked called Nox that people don't mention very often. Not perfect, and takes getting used to, but it's fun and has charm. If you're going for one of those bargain bin game, this one is worth checking out.
