Hi, I am at work and dont have the book on me. I was wondering what the colors mean?

I have a set of armor with green letters. I see things with blue, yellow, gray etc.

I can assume what they mean, but does anyone know what they really stand for.

Maybe someone has a list of each color.

Please forgive my ignorance. I did do a search but found nothing.

I wonder if the book explains this in more detail?

It's not explained anywhere (except here <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />). It's simply the higher the colour, the higher quality item.

How come I never found coloured items (i think).
I only have a green shield. I think it's a piece of the dragon armour (read about that here), but I need one more level of ID to check it out.
Are coloured items that rare that I haven't got any yet?

Most of the items in Aleroth are white, grey and sometimes blue. Green, yellow and gold start becoming more prevalent as you get farther into the game.
