Larian Studios Forums General Chat The Deal On Graphic Cards or a Steal????

Say about 6 or 7 months ago i purchased a PNY Verto Nvidia Geforce FX 5700 Ultra graphics card.

The deal was, that i get ddr2 128 built into my graphics card which was clearly advertised on the box...but thats not what the web site says Was it a Deal or did they Steal???? note that i don't have the Le version but still if their product is not even registered on their site then??? < if that was the case which i doubt.

so what do you say about all this... is there anyway some silly chump such as myself can identify if i truely have ddr2 memory on my card?

Perhaps you could find something to test your video memory? Either way, one of them is false advertising.

Tip: Always do research before buying new hardware especially graphic accelerators.

u can try Sisoft Sandra (don't ask me who she is) which i think u can download the trial from Tucows or Cnet. it is a benchmark program that can identify the chipset on your graphic card, RAM, & all sorts.
