My first post in the new forum, and very nice it is too! (The forum not my post <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> ) And also looks promising for the future if you're going to this amount of trouble to set it up the way you have!

Good you like it.
I still find it too shiny. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

I'm glad the old dark murky times are gone !

Yep, too shiny.
I got used to the old one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

But I'll get use to this one too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

this one is 'clearer' than the other, less atmosphere but nicer to use <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

Myeah, like the forum also more myself, 'cept the interface is less personalised with Larian, which can change in the future. But what I like most is that it's quick now, which was kinda frustrating on the old board ...

The first day: Helpless with all those new features <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />. Then I discovered PM (private messages), whoopee <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />. Tried to login from my office and couldn't, cause I had forgotten to logout on my private PC <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />

The second day: still not familiar, started to worry if screenshots would still appear clear with blue, purple and yellow descriptions - they seemed sharper on black background.

I'm getting used to it, but I agree with Dragon: It's a bit shiny. But there are features I like very much (PM, if not mentioned before <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frog.gif" alt="" />), it's faster <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> , old smilies have come back (thank you, Lynn) - and in a few years I'll be in command of the situation <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
Kiya
Larians, you have put a tremendous effort in making this Forum, thank you very much [Linked Image]
<Fingers itching> Haven't tried out all nifty icons that appeared this morning...

first day: looking what everything is and meant, after few hours, got everythin under control.

say Kiya, I'm logged in on both my private PC and my PC at work. Is your private PC still turned on when you tried to log in, cuz that's not the case with me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/alien.gif" alt="" />

I like it a lot. It has a lot of neat features. Ive had a lot of experience forum hopping (Almost exclusively based around what RPG im currently involved in) so I had only been on the old one for a couple of weeks, adjusting to the new one hasnt been hard but I can see where older fans will take some adjusting. Keep up the good work Larian.

Nope, I shut down my private PC when I go to work - but the office one didn't accept my password - and I found out why: I hadn't logged out, so the interim password was probably still valid. It works now, I just had to log out once properly with my private PC.
