I'm in verdistis and Mateo asks me to steel something from Crispin, a drunk in the corner of the inn, but I cannot find the guy! Where should I look???

Anyway, I belive you must use pickpocket on Sweenie (or something like that).
Look at the "x" under necklace theft on the screenshot:

Your Mateo is Rob in the English version, the Thieves Guild master
Your Crispin: Is Svenjo in the Engl. version, SE corner of the main room, standing there. Have you got pickpocket lvl 1?
