It’s a sexually charged advertisement.

1) Look how her hand is holding the lipstick in the ‘O’ pattern.
2) Also, the fact that she is holding lipstick, adds to the saying I like lipstick on my.... <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'> Dipstick </span>
3) The cream or pudding on her face is an obvious subliminal to you know what.
4) There's also the obvious cleavage shot.
5) Note the legs spead and bent over.
6) Last in the bathroom meaning cloths are usually removed in someway or another in there.

I'd have to say the Caption is:
