I was referring to the spells from the Illusion class of magic: Rage and Frenzy.

a good charm spell can be very usefull to. But ofcours nothing beats paralyze, i just love paralyze: you paralyze someone, you can hack away training hand to hand, blade or blunt, or shoot arrows at them(marksman) or use destruction.

The petshop is realy cool! they have an imp for sale! and a huskey, and a skeleton, and other dogs, cat-likes and panda's and boars. in total there are 15 or 14, don't remember)

Does anyone has some cool screens? like there are so many places i never visited, so many quests not done, so many items not yet found...

and i wonder how many of you actually use plug-ins? the game can be a lot cooler with Plug-ins.

I haven't tried a plug-in. I do use this mod which enables me to closely track my skills as I shoot for +5 to attributes when I level.

what is a yarn? it lookes like something rocky.

To bad they removed the throwing stars and knifes they had in Morrowind.
Cause now one of my major skills is marskman, and the only way to train it is using a bow and arrows. and in close combat it ain't very usefull.
I liked the throwing knifes of morrowind, i evaded the attacks of the enemy and kept throwing knifes at him.

how do you make that spinning blade attack?

the guards always use it on me.
I hope someone knows what i mean (the attack that throws you in the air)

Journeyman skill in blade will allow you to do a spinning attack which can potentially disarm your opponent. Hold down the attack button as in a power attack and move sideways ("A" or "D") key. I just got this ability or I would have answered you sooner.

You have to have Journeyman skill in blade -- level 50 or more.

well, i tried it, and yeah it's a spinning attack, but it ain't the same. oh, well, never mind then. Also i find it very hard to use these attacks while in combat (sideway attacks).

Hey, i purchased The Elders Scrolls IV: Oblivion and installed it but when i tried to play it, it said: that a file called d3dx9_27.dll was missing, when i checked the files on the CD if found the file in a zip file, when i copied it to my game file were it supposed to be and then tried to play it said it was not valid because i put it there, probally a security issue

so i returned the game, i could not play it and i coulnd fix it either
any suggestions or information about this, because i don't know how this was possible, i was so anxious to play this game

I'm sure it would but i tried with CD setup, probally microsoft will fail to, but thanks for the tip, maybe i can loan the game from a friend and try what you say

and maybe uninstalling directx and reinstalling it can work, you have given me hope again
