Something isn't right on that picture. There are two men up on the roof, but there is only one ladder? How did the other one get up on that roof?
They look a lot like dumb, dumber and dumberer!!

I tried and find the one from a supway. On top there's a warning sign saying you should not jump infront of tains. Below is a sign with some black dude (maybe Micael Jordan, I don't know), lookig cool and looking at YOU, and the text "JUST DO IT" printed in big letters...

That's no real person and no accident happened.
That's a dummy she put up. To make it look like something happened.
She tought it was funny. But ppl who didn't knew better called 911 (101 in Belgium).

In Belgium you get a hudge fine for things like that btw.
If police, firebrigade, ambulance, ... have to come for nothing... You can expect a nice bill afterwards.

And for the notes: here the number is 112. It USED to be (not used) 90 000, but that was a while ago.
