Thanks. I fact, I like this game more or less. It's a bit above the middle, imho, in terems of quality.

The quests are good, but NPCs are sometimes very difficult to find. Some areas look very "empty", but other have quite a lot of folks in it.

The game has many good and bad sides, in that respect.

In an overall view, it's fun (and was definitively the 1 € worth I paid on a flea market for it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> )

Not where you can buy Computer games. The closest thing we've got is TV-spelsbörsen, and the only game I've found second hand there is PS:T.

Catty

so how is it, miss catty? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" /> do love to hear your review as i am anticipating the PC version (if there is such possibility). i loved the previous which was a lot more fun than NFSU (felt like a souped up NFS whatever).

i have nsfu2 for PS2 as well but midnight club 3 is so much better the graphics are the best i've seen in street racing games. It's a long game i'm only 16% through it but i've done loads. I think it's great and i can't wait till Juiced comes out on PS2 so i can get it.

My experience is that they sell on flea markets EVERYTHING. Also games. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Freedom Force vs the Third Reich: really funny & full of fun. doesn't matter what heroes to use, it's the strategy later on that counts. not as crazy difficult as the first. not too taxing on older specs PC. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

That one was loads of fun! I played it on easy (second lowest difficulty) and got through it without any trouble. I tried on hard and had trouble with mission 2... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Have you played the original Freedom Force game by Irrational (which EA published)?

I wanna' play the sequel, FF Vs. 3rd Reich.

From Egin:

Half played through SWAT - great game, even better the the previous game.

Irrational rules.

Did any of y'all play Tribes: Vengeance?
Another rockin' Irrational game.

Oh, and I wanna' play System Shock 2, also by Irrational.

Irrational is an awesome developper, I have played all their games and they all are superb. Their best is System Shock 2, and I look forward to its spiritual successor, Bio shock.

<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> to Irrational!

i don't know about other games by irrational but the Freedom Force games are just incredibly fun. so, MysterD, since u've played the original, u will definitely love the sequel. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

more heroes, more super powers, more attributes, the missions are more fun than before; well it's just a heck lot of fun. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> go get it!

@ Catty -> thanks for the reply. i now feel more frustrated than ever waiting for MC3: DE. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

And what kind of games are you talking about? And don't tell me Irrational games. Please tell me what kind of games they are too. And to make it clear, anyone who knows may answer.

@ Jang: Nice new ava <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />.

thanks, Ube. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

i don't know about the rest of the games MysterD mentioned but i think Tribes: Vengeance has gone free. so u might want to find it, Ube.

about the Freedom Force games, they're something similar to Commandos with more obvious RPG elements such as character development, story progress etc. but bear in mind that this is a strategy game, not RPG. since u have broadband, u should try out the demo.

All of Irrational's games (except Freedom Force) are first person shooters, though all are quite different from one another.

Their first was System Shock 2, a horror fps with some cool rpg elements. The story is pretty good, and it's full of neat moments. And it's the only game I know with monkeys that throw psychic blasts at you. A classic in my opinion.

Their next fps was Tribes: Vengeance wich was released last october. I really enjoyed the single player part thanks to the fun jetpack-based combat and the superb story. The multiplayer was equally fun thanks again to the jetpacks, it really plays differently than most fps.

Swat 4 is the first tactical shooter I had fun playing, enough said.

Irrational knows how to make great games.
