For the past month I've been editing Planescape Torment fixing bugs I've encountered and those posted on GameFAQs. I've also added several things that were previously unimplemented and come up with a few cheats. I've uploaded it here:

Let me know if there's anything I may have overlooked.

Good stuff, but that is one heck of a dodgy d/load site <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />
I do not recommend going to that site if you have JavaScripts turned on!

If that's serious, then I'd recommend asking an RPG-related site for hosting, like RPGWAtch or RPGDot or so.

Can you post the fix notes or details on what you changed? How does it vary or compare to Platter's Torment Fix Pack?

The All Inclusive Pack is build up from the Fix Pack and includes files to make it compatible with The Restoration and some of Platter's other mods. I had submitted several fixes to Platter but his site hasn't been updated for so long and he rarely comes to the message board anymore. A while ago I posted the instructions for the changes I made on GameFAQs. Then someone asked for a link and suggested a few places to upload the files. Megaupload seemed simple to use for me so I picked that one. I've been using a public library computer so I haven't been able to check it out that extensively. All the changes are documented in Long List.txt in the download.

This is actually the 4th attempt in as many weeks of adding new stuff and catching my own mistakes. Once it's been tested out by a few people and I'm confident it's finished I'll look into uploading to different places.

Rake-Chaser was replicating during the Day/Night transition. He now checks for the presence of himself and if confronted with his own existence ends it.
Fixed Dustman Mourner dialog from the Restoration that was causing the screen to shift focus to another speaker.
My Nigh Invincible mod is now more powerful. I added near instant memorization of spells.

There was a problem with FoR traps. Some portals were making too much noise because they couldn't tell they were already open. Apparently the Die() trigger when used in an override script won't be processed, a single rat kept respawning because this prevented it's stop variable from getting set. I devised a way to make selling rat tails to Phineas go quicker. They will now be sold 1, 5, 10, or 20 at a time determined by how many you have.

This is a very minor update.

The doors that destroy their keys will now unlock so they don't get locked open. Not much reason to close doors so I did this with only three of them.
Blade of the Immortal and Modron Cube don't speak but said Talk to Item, they now say Use.
Rat Charm had a weight of 1 but is described as 0.

I wasn't willing to find out when NoScript kept throwing up warnings, I am a little paranoid as far as Internet security goes <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> IOW I dont see the reason for enabling java if the site don't explain what it is for <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Well, I use megaupload quite frequently and didn't have a problem so far. I don't know though if that makes you feel any more comfortable. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

The Quest section of the journal has a description for the Candlestick quest.
In Able Ponder-Thought's dialog there was an option to research Ravel that didn't do anything and appeared when it shouldn't have.
Found a journal entry for Vaxis' comment about Soego.
Found some different messages to float above the other Ratbone.

I experimented with increasing the amount you can gamble with Gaoha. Unfortunately the game crashed the first two times I tried to talk to him. After that it worked as intended. There were a few times where Near Infinity wouldn't read the file right after an edit and entries were jumbled onto different lines. I managed to finish the file without that happening but there's some problem the first few times the game accesses it. I was going to include it but changed my mind.

I added a text file to explain what the extras do.
Now when you return from getting mazed, from the Player's Tomb, or from the Dream Builder your party members rejoin you and you don't have to go looking for them.
Now you can't accidentally activate the portal out of Carceri and can decide when the go through it. Though to prevent you from triggering it another way or leaving the building I closed a door, locked it, and deactivated the stairs.
I was able to fix the Increased Gambling problem and have added it.

You might want to use some place like Sendspace, Rapidshare, etc. instead.

Megaupload tends to block certain countries and isps, so that could be quite a damper.

Other than that, good job! (Even though I don't play PT.)

I just downloaded it from the megaupload link.
It sounds like you are familiar with the site, but on the first page below the main menu, to the right of the 'MEGAUPLOAD' logo with the arrow, there should be 3 coloured letters you need to enter into a text box (to prevent automated downloading or indexing) before you hit the Download button beside it. At the bottom of that page, below a fair sized Flash banner, should be the file name, size and description for the file.
The next page loads a table comparing the paid and free access features, and after a brief delay (45 second countdown timer), you should be able to download the file.

Or did you mean Platter's patch? Planescape-torment.org appears to be gone, but the 1.37 patch can be downloaded here. There is also a 1.38 patch listed on that page, which may or may not overlap or conflict with Skardavnelnate's fixes.
The only mod I downloaded from Platter's site was one to max HP bonuses on leveling. That is also available here as part of a 'Tweak Pack' (each component can be installed separately).

Well, Singapore is banned by Megaupload so I'd to try some other methods of dling from MU which didn't work.

Thank you, anyways. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Here is a link to the file on Rapidshare. I do not have an account there, so this link will expire if it is not downloaded for 30 days.

EDIT: just to clarify, it is the Torment20070929.zip file that I downloaded from the Megaupload which I then uploaded to Rapidshare as an alternate download location for Raito (or anyone else blocked from Megaupload).
