I got to the part with the elevator looked around on all the floors and cant figure out what to do to move on...any suggestions?

I've a problem in quest "What's in a name", where hero supose to find the name of a demon. So I found it "Razakel", but i cann't find Sassan anywhere! Maybe some trigger doesn't worked well? Or I should find her somewhere in "justnotlookedhere" place?

i cant open the door on the first floor and ive looked everywhere for a key

edit: nvm i didnt realize there was a basement floor lol
