Clue 2 - You get a Diary from Gula after returning his plate to the troll king's altar Clue 3 - Access the Sewer from Madam Eve's, you do this by trying to solve the murders. Down in the sewer / crypt you will find an undead necromancer lord named Jake? I think thats his name, you obtain his ring after killing him. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Go to the left of the room and examine tomb stone, kill Michael. You can now kill Jake. My name is Legion: for we are many.
