This thread is not about Physx being enabled or disabled. It's about the annoying overlay that won't go away. Similar to what was shown in another thread.

Everything else is fine. The game runs great and I don't want to change any settings... I just don't want to see "Physx>CPU" on my screen the entire game.

Anyway to get rid of it? I don't care if physx is on or not seeing as how little it is used.

Info:

4116x1024 resolution running on:
2x Nvidia GTX 460 in SLI surround mode
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz
8 GB ram
Win 7 home premium 64-bit
DirectX 11

This is something that NVidia does, from their support forum:

'You need to first open up your NVIDIA control panel.
Click any of the sub headings under the "3D settings" tab.
Then on your tool bar select "3d settings" you will see an option for "show PhysX indicator" make sure there is no tick next to it, this will stop the message from displaying.'

Awesome, that worked =)

BTW: Kudos to Larion for a game that out of the box had no trouble working with a triple-screen setup.

Is there any way to change it to the GPU only ?
Kind of irritating that it is not using my 470 for the physics lol ^^.

I'd like to know this too-- I have nvida control panel set to use GPU but that indicator shows CPU still. I don't think it will make a huge difference either way but inquiring minds want to know!

I don't think you can, anyway, running physx on the gpu has a serious impact on the rendering performance.
