In chanelle (I guess that is a joke with Chanel, the broadmark of cosmetics) there is a special room and I don't manage to find how I can enter.

General Hint:
Visit Crow's Nest.

More specific hint:
look around the asylum.

Hmm, I supposed you are mistaken. You are speaking about Elzbeth or something like that which is working for Gula and you can take the key of Gula's room with this quest. I was speaking about the herborist and potion dealer.

Stabbey is completely right with his\her advices - get into the Crow's nest asylum and you will solve how to reach the mysterious hidden rooms in Chanelle's house.
The quest you're talking about with Alzbeta emporium - the way to her hidden entrance in the emporium starts in Crow's nest, but from the sewers smile not from the asylum.

Speaking of the asylum; I've opened the storage room and the medicine room, and the teleport with the hidden switch in the medicine room. What about the other locked rooms? Can you get into them at all? And the teleport with a password, where does that password come from? What other areas on there am I missing? It seems there are at least 3 hidden rooms in Chanelle's, but I can only manage to get into one of them. And the goblin/troll ... anything else to do with her besides giver her a drink and talk? I found the cup before I got that far, but it seems there ought to be more.

The password comes from a document in one of the rooms. Take the cup
to Gula's archeological site.

I've scoured the place and only have found two documents (and a bunch of books). None have a password. I took the cup and put it back where it belongs, got the troll back to being a goblin, and it wants out but I can't find a key. Still kind of stuck.

I wonder if it's because I goofed with the troll cave? I opened the right door first, where the shrines are, and have read elsewhere I should have opened the other side, where there is a key to the shrines. So I can't get that other side open (this in in Gula's dig). I've also "fixed" Gula, still can't get in there. I have to wonder if I haven't just plain got to a spot I can't fix, or if there is a bug.

Or (as I hope) I'm overlooking something else entirely.

In Gula's archeological site cave system are 2 doors - if you choose to unlock the left one first with the key you can find under some barrels, then you will find in the small room chest with loot and key for the other ( right) door where are the 2 pedestals - one for the cup you found in the asylum and which will remove the curse from the goblin/troll NPC. If you choose to unlock the right door first - the only thing you lose is one loot chest - nothing so important.

The password for the second teleportер in the asylum
is in document looted from one Necromancer corpse near the teleporter - just read the document and new option to use the password will appear when you interact the portal. Don't remember well but I'm almost sure the key for the troll/goblin NPC cage is in that corpse also

Thanks. Completely overlooked that, even though I checked the rest. You really have to check every nook and cranny in this game, though I suppose that particular one is better than those horribly easy to miss little buttons.

I can't find the stupid cup anywhere. I've scoured the asylum but i must be missing something. I've opened the medicine and supply rooms and a teleporter room and used the pass word to get into one of chenelle's back rooms. Anybody able to tell me what i've missed?

If I recall correctly, the goblet is just sitting on a shelf in the medicine room... or well, its sitting on a shelf somewhere.

Yep - on the shelf next to the teleporter in the medicine room. After you push the button and the wall in the room goes up - you face the teleporter and the shelf with the cup is next to the right wall into the second unhidden already part of the medicine room.

Thanks for the help guys. I must be blind cause i can't find a switch anywhere in the medicine room. Just to be sure. When you say medicine room we are talking about the room with the potions on the shelves and the big wood ale thing

That's the medicine room - yes. Did you mindread the mad guy thinking for himself as a bird or something like that ? Not the first one you met when you entered in the asylum - somewhere inside the building there is one more caged human who is MD available.

I can't believe I never realised that until you mentioned it. I'm so slow at times... ouch
