What build are you? You may need to go back to Broken Valley and gain more experience to level up if you are having trouble against Amdusias. Or perhaps you could lower the difficulty.

Where are you stuck, turning him human again or the fight after that? The link I provided above, containing links to additional topics, has info and suggestions on both.
