Is there any other way into Stormfist castle, except through the treasury (does it lead upwards really?) or the executioner's room, which does not lead upstairs because all doors are unpickable? I didn't get the dragon shield when I was there damn it...

Throw one of your pyramid through the main gate and teleport yourself into the castle.

Yes, throw your pyramid into the courtyard (scroll with shift as far as posiible). Teleport yourself in and then take the shield, you know where? Armoury, key is north room directly above armoury, on te table.

yes do not talk to anyone or you will be in the same predicament as i. i took the sheild and talked to the king now i have a glitch and cant do anything. preceed to talk to people after you enter with the invitation. good luck

Amendement on what Demonheart posted.
Don't go into the castle until you have had a proper invitation and gotten around to getting thrown out again.
After that use those nifty stones to get your shield.
