Does anyone know if the poisons from the two skills Poison Weapon and Poison Skin will stack?

I don't know about that.But did find poison wasn't my thing. But freeze was.

I used freeze first time through. Was hoping to use poison this time, if it's viable.

Anyone know?

Poisoning orcs and a lot of other living not-animals is the easiest way of getting rid of them IMHO Orcish drammers? No problem, even on level < 3.

One of the skill descriptions says that poison effects are not cumulative. I took that as they don't stack.

Well I'm not sure. It says that about each skill (in other words you cannot double poison a weapon or your skin), but nothing is said if they stack together. I would think they should, being both in the Survivor line of skills, it would be silly to not allow them to stack in my opinion. But you never know, which is why I ask.

Poison weapon DOES stack. If you hit something twice, it gets twice as many blue numbers floating up out of its head. So I don't doubt poison skin and poison weapon work together alright.

If you have an item with Reflect Missiles on it, give that a try when you're wielding a poisoned weapon. Each arrow you bounce takes away a poison charge, and whoever is hit by the arrow (not necessarily the shooter, if melee monsters have moved into the way) will start dying. You can easily dance throuch the elite orc areas, pinging off missiles and racking up the XP without even laying a finger on your foes.

Sadly, though, poison isn't all that viable once you finish up with the orcs; undead are immune to it, and you fight mostly those later on. Just put 2-3 points in Poison Weapon and enjoy it while it lasts.
