Is this the item-bug i'm encountering?
I have just bought a "ring of the elements" for 35k gold from the magician in ars magicana : yet this ring has no bonuses listed whatsoever;

no. I guess you should not buy things just for the price.

I still find it strange : it's as though some modifiers weren't implemented.

My personal opinion: These items were just for good moneymaking

Strange things happen. I once got an Amulet of Glory in the catacombs that had no stats or bonuses or anything at all, just a plain amulet called Amulet of Glory.

Strange indeed. I started over again today with a new char and I went through the catacombs, found the amulet of glory and it's got stats alright. Is it random?

My guess is that some items may have no bonusses, especailly rings. 2nd come the amulets. for the rest, most of the items have stats

I only had that happen one time with the Amulet of Glory, the other times it had stats. I think it was more likely a minor bug than an random chance of no stats.
