Click "Multiplayer" -> "Start multiplayer game", then 10 seconds of black screen and the game crashes with the error:
How can I remove it?

Please email supportdc@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the Dragon Commander support tool.

We've discovered what this problem is and it will be fixed in the upcoming patch after 1.0.40.

For now the workaround is to just wait when you click multiplayer. Do not click on anything while on the black screen and it should take max 30-60 seconds to reach the multiplayer lobby list.
