Not there for me, I tried switching the vault and then back to steam for both copies,incase that as something but still nothing

Same thing with me here, $65 Roleplaying Strategist missing the second key. I sent an email to the support.

Think its affecting only people with Roleplaying Stategist tier

Does someone know if i can add the second Key as a gift, or will it just go away in the ether when i add the second key to my account(i already activated the first key for myself)
Because i want to gift the Game itself over steam not just the Key.

There is no way to activate a key as a steam gift. If you try to activate the key, it should say you already have the game, but it MIGHT eat the key. You will have to give the key.

If you know the person and want to make it fancy, you could always print off a cd key sheet with the cd key printed, and some artwork and pretend thats its a normal box copy

As a KS backer on a tier including the (physical) collectors' edition of the game, I also have a DUO alpha key on the vault. I received an alpha key when the alpha was released. Does this mean I now will have 3 copies of the game?

No, only two.

Right, forktong just tweeted an answer saying that the alpha will disappear from the steam library. I presume he means the DUO alpha key, and not all of them, otherwise I end up with only 1 copy of D:OS It's all good, then.
