Not sure if its a bug but is this intended. I can equip an item that gives, lets say +1 to way of the warrior, then learn a new skill, then take that item back off and the skill stays available. Shouldn't the skill grey out since I no longer meet the requirements? Sure feels like cheating reaching higher skills this way...

You're right, that's some kind of bug. Learning while wearing +1 skills is probably intentional given recent dev comments, but the skill should be unavailable after you no longer meet the requirements.
