Try exiting out of the Logitech SetPoint software. Someone else reported a conflict with that and using the MMB (scroll wheel) to rotate in the game.

I was researching about camera angles and what not for D:OS and I saw this post:

I don't know if that was a Dev replying or just a community manager on the Steam forums but that is what I was told.

I am REALLY glad someone had the know how to do this for him/her and the rest of us. Perhaps after release the maps will be updated to reflect this community change.

De-install the software before I play the game and re-install afterwards? Big NO.

Exit, not uninstall.

Okay – I killed the Logitech process within ProcessManager: that works.
But that can't be a solution?

Edit: I just saw this hint:
use the v key or MiddleMouseButton to rotate...
That I call a solution!
(It seems this was built in during the last update 1.0.93)
