Heh, games....I seem to have it all backwards when I look at games, I usually get older ones over newer ones. Just got Fallout 1 & 2.
As for interesting prospects:
Sacred, Spellforce, and (maybe) Warrior Kings: Battles ....perhaps more are added, and some are taken away.
I checked out Sacred, it looks decent, but I'm kind of curious why some developers don't let people just choose the gender of their characters, I always like to have a 'feel' for my player/avatar (read, I probably will play with the Wood Elf, Seraphim and Vampiress character eventually, but I'm kind of puzzled why male versions of those classes were left out, same thing with female versions of the Assassin, Magician, and Gladiator - I could be mistaken though?).
Spellforce looks sweet, and for some reason Lords of Magic popped into my head when I looked at it, which is odd in itself since I've never played LoM. But I like RTS titles and RPG's, so ....
There is also another game made by JoWooD that looked interesting to me, but the name escapes me at the moment.
Warrior Kings is a good little game that is enjoyable, if alittle 'unsupported' at the moment. So it's only natural of me to look upon Warrior Kings: Battles with renewed hope of a better world.
I'm still curious about Project Nomads, it just reminds me of my younger days when I used to play Netstorm, so I might pick it up sometime.
And of course there is Seraphim, which as far as I know is NEVER going to be released. It's page is here ->
http://www.valkyriestudios.com/AngelHome.htmIt looks like Sacrifice, but with wings. It also reminds me of a game that I saw a preview of on Heat.net called Skies.
Gaming is an expensive addiction.
Especially when it comes to keeping up with the console and pc game market. Thankfully, I'm more picky about what console games I have.
