I have the two in-game items, but what I don't seem to have is the digital soundtrack, digital artbook, and digital dev documents that were also supposed to be included in the DLC. I don't think anyone does.
The grail is, as I understand, supposed to be usable on items to make them shinier and worth a little bit more and the underwear is supposed to be haunted by a demon.
Point is, they are mostly cosmetic and bear little to no impact on game play.
Unless otherwise specified, just an opinion or simple curiosity.
I'm the master of mistaken assumptions, but it seems to me the digital art book, sound track, etc., are separate items you would download from the Vault, although there's no active link working at present. Other perspectives?
I ordered the Source Hunter DLC from Steam, so I don't see why I would need to log in to the Larian Vault in order to claim it. Nor how I could really.

These items should be in the game folder. For me its like: drive letter\steam\steamapps\common\DivinityOriginalSin\collectors edition (not in front of my computer but something like that
