If all else fails, like they said, get your lightning spell up and I did it by constant chain pausing. (cast lightning as fast as possible, pause at low life, heal-spell or potions, pause, recast shield, pause, lightning, repeat.) Hot keys will help. I did not have any set at the time cause I kept forgetting it was possible. This method works, but it takes cracker jack timing. I would not suggest it hehe, but it works.
