Hey all

I found the guy in the beach that has it, i killed them all smile and i have the staff equipped in a char


I returned to town i talk to Cecil and i cant end the quest line? am i missing something?

Could be also you need to talk to Cecil with the character that has the staff (or move it over to your main)
