So, this quest has me scratching my head since yesterday. The first time I came by them, I talked to Roy and got the quest, but didn't chat with any of the animals. I left to do some questing elsewhere, and now, after a few hours I go back, and they're nowhere to be seen. I've google it and saw some people saying that he should be in Silverglen or the roads, I've search the roads from top to bottom and also Silverglen, and for the life of me I can't find him or figure out some way to find him.
Am I doing something wrong? Did I botch the quest up? Or is this some sort of bug?
