In the Hiberheim prison, when I discover Icara in the Ice Crystal, I get a message that I would need to find a means to get her out of the crystal.
I actually can do that quite easily - I simply teleport her out with a Featherfall spell! However, the game does not recognize that solution, Icara remains unresponsive and the quest still tells me that I should find a way to get her out.
In my opinion, that is a bug:
1.) Either it should not be possible to teleport Icara out
2.) Or the game should accept that solution and proceed the quest accordingly
