1. Click on any action in the action bar. 2. Change your mind, and click on another action in the action bar. 3. The first action will now fire on the ground!
This is NOT DESIRED BEHAVIOR!
Clicking a second time on another action should abort the first action, not execute it at the character's feet!
Right-click also works, but that is beside the point.
I cannot think of a single possible scenario where a user would want, or expect, another action than the one he or she clicked on, to fire at your feet...

Never had this issue, I just cancel what I don't want and click what I do want after.
