Hello, so I've had the game for a few months now and still haven't been able to play it because of this problem. It seems to be a common error, crashing when entering battle, but I have not found a solution. I've tried all the suggested solutions; compatibility graphics settings at medium to low, etc. but still does not work.
Before I am told to contact the Larian support line, I already have. I contacted them on May 29th, 2014 but still have not heard a solution back from them. I received a reply on June 12th asking for more information about the crash, an error report from the windows event viewer which I provided in a reply. On July 4th I still hadn't heard back, so I send them an email expressing my dissatisfaction with their lack of a response, but still, nothing has been sent to me since.
I'd perhaps like a solution to my problem, because currently, I have a 40 dollar virtual paperweight. (Which doesn't work all that well) Here are my specifications.
