I can't use the chat button on the right side without edge scrolling sending my screen flying away.

I have the same issue. But with me, I cannot click on the inventory button on the left without it panning away. I had to turn edge-panning off.

It is just about useable when the panning speed is reduced to close to the minimum, but the right hand icon in particular seems to be partly off screen in 1920 x 1080 display, which may be part of the problem. I imagine this would be relatively straightforward to fix.
