After playing a bit of the early access, I found the font size to be a bit on the small side. I think it would be nice if there was a font size option in the game settings.

On a related note, I think the books in the game need a better font color. At the moment it is a dark font on a dark page making it hard to read unless I lean in close to my screen.

Agreed. UI fonts should be bigger, especially with high resolutions.
Perhaps devs can make an option in settings for UI fonts? Like, 100%, 125%, 150% etc.?

I'm finding the popups and font size to be huge, UI just fine. 1080p.

UI scaling or at the very least text scaling is an absolute must-have for any PC game.

That's low resolution by today's standarts. I'm talking about 2K - 2560x1440 and 4K - 3840x2160.

Agree . 3440x1440 user here and i would not mind bigger fonts and general ui scaling.

I am playing at 1080p, but I like to sit ~4 feet back from my 23" monitor. At that distance a larger font would be helpful.
