Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General 4 custom characters?

I'm sure this has been answered but I can't find a direct answer to this. Frankly, I don't want to be forced to select pre-made characters to be in my party. Please tell me the final game will allow you to make 4 custom party members?

I didn't test following:

It should be possible right now to make four characters.
Make a new online game and while in Character Creation, hit ESC and invite your friends. All should now be possible to create their own character.
This is working with two players - didnt test it with more.

I want this feature too. I think SniperHF(creator of 4 character creation for EE) might have an idea on whether its possible or not.

But can you make 4 for a single player campaign?

You can't make more than 1 per player atm - including SP/campaign

Will that change for the final release?

I deleted the posts in a couple of topics where it wasn't directly relevant. The other 10 mentions should be more than sufficient.

I feel so disconnected playing pre made characters!

We need a Mod to allow 6 players + DM on D:OS 2, do that and this game will distroy Roll20. (And i would be very happy about that)

Bringing up roll20 is pretty off-topic, but even then... I doubt it'd destroy Roll20 even then, because just for one there are tons of games that require more dice than just one to be rolled, or modifiers, or are based around playing vampires or werewolves or aliens or things other than dwarves, elves, lizards, humans, and skeletons.

Not to mention some games go well beyond six players.
