i do not have any kind of dialougesound.

Can anyone tell me why?

The dialogue is not voiced. If and how much of the game will be voiced has yet to be determined.

When i watch Videos on Youtube there is a lot of dialouge voiced. But none here

You must be watching videos from Original Sin: Enhanced Edition. It's the enhanced edition of the first game that's completely voiced. DOS 2 is not going to be fully voiced, and early access isn't going to be voiced at all.
