Anyone know where I could get a god armor?

Well, it depens on your str and other stats. But the "best" armors are usually the dragon armor and the larian armor (upgraded silver armor).

Welcome to forums T Bones. It really depends on your lvl and where are you now in the game. If you are in the beginning, then:

When you complete some quests in barracs, you gain access to soldiers wires.

You can find armor merchants in Ars Magicana.

You also can buy great armor from smith in Dwarven Halls.

thx, i think that will help. But i,ve got lv 96 in strenght and 70 agility level, 25

IMO, at your level, the unupgraded Larian armor would be pretty nice, especially if you fit it with some temporary medium-large charms. It can be found during one of the quests in the Dark Forest.

I don´t understand this, can I upgrade an armor? And can I remove the charms from something again? how strong is that armor and do anyone no in wich quest I can get my hans on it?

The upgrade is what is known as the easteregg aerea (see previous posts on that).
You get that armor on the stalkers quest. You CAN NOT remove charms. When you have put one in it stays in forever.
