Just killed Windego and Fane got his mask back. However, every few sec, Fane would be crippled. Is this part of the story?

Nvm, found out one of the armour causes cripple, even though no idea why...

It's cursed. Guess you are talking about Bracchus' boots.

If you want to wear the bracchus armor set, you need to get

The Helmet (Bracchus vault, story will take you there)
The breastplate (bracchus wand cave, story will ask you to go there as one of the option to progress through act 1)
The boots (that one you looted from the tower)
The glove (In the bracchus gargoyle maze near Slane the dragon. You will see it when you explore around. I recommend getting the breastplate first so you have a way to directly move toward the entrance for the glove)
And the pants (Withermoore place. One of the statue at the side of the room can be scratched with at least 16 wits to discover the pants)

If you are making the set, dont forget the ring, Band of Bracchus.
(cursed...and curse remains even if remove ring...have to bless character).
