DHL Shipping tracking of my DOS2 CE doesn't seem to be moving anywhere, still stuck on step 1. Anyone else?

Same, tracking not updating.

60k+ people playing on Steam, and were all stuck here paying 4x as much and can't even get a proper tracking number.

So close to just buying a second copy cause of Larian crap

any news on this here?

Edit: I also just received a spooky mail from UK Customs saying i have a Global eParcel Solutions LLC Packge that needs a clearing Payment to get through customs...

Is this in any way connected?

Mine has finally moved slightly: I got a shipping notification on Friday and it's finally made its way to Cologne four days later. It may even find its way out of Germany this week!

I'm not sure who'll be dealing with delivery in this country; things generally arrive the day after they've been molested by customs (well, assuming there's no fees, which there shouldn't be) but it does seem to have been sent by extra-slow post

DHL are quite bad; we send out packages to Amazon every week and they head off in the most random directions; sometimes arriving at the hub where they are supposed to go to, only to be sent off in another direction and brought back a day later.

I doubt this is Larian's fault, more likely DHL being DHL.

That said however, Larian should have left the Steam keys out of the CE, and e-mailed them directly to the purchasers.

My main concern with DHL isn't so much the slowness but that previous experience has indicated that they may not treat the parcels with the utmost care. I hope it arrives intact.

If you log into the LarianVault page you get your steam-keys there (same way we got our Early-access keys...)

and there is no connection of the two - found out the customs one wwas a fake one....
