Which ones are your best ways to make some money? i started to grind some real gold just recently, end of act 2, and thanks to that i'm able to beat tactician fights without cheese and burn my liver. Maybe the real problem was my eq, and the bigger part of the pain was being undergeared. So, i think that will be helpful for me and many other to figure out how to do some early gold and buy a decent eq.
Recently i discovered one trick to improve your gold income, but it's a bit cheesy. If you put all your trash-to-sell stuff in a barrell/bag/ect, and sell it to a merchant, you could stole the bag with thievery, and the value-meter only counts the value of a bag itself (like an empty bag). Then, you re-sell for the full price the bag, and basically double your income.

Best way to make money is to increase barter skill on one character. Which you can do easily since only other civil skill really needed is thievery.
Nothing else is really needed to get enough money by usual trading.

Give a trader a coun purse and all is gold seems to go into the coin purse, make it easily stealable similar to your bag of stuff.

2 Thief with level 8 thievery (+3 from unique top, any belt and any hand) is almost 30k per npcs. 15k if you only steal once.
Lucky charm saves money.
Always sell old gear (except maybe unique, keep them in your chest) and get good barter. You only really need barter at level 4-5 with gears since it doesn't scale that well.
Money shouldn't be an issue after that as its usage really drops starting in Nameless Isle with most legendaries and divine completely disappearing for certain type of gears. Act 2 is where you need the most money but that's also why it has the most trader as well. Every region of the map has at least 3-4 people you can steal from as long as you don't turn in their quests too fast (like Eithe).

The game was built REQUIRING you to have a thief, a barterer AND someone with luck skill if you want to save money and actually buy anything good. The prices of everything is ridiculous, even with the barter skill and all the equipment you steal is taged stolen so as soon as someone checks you, you will be found out. Stealing in other games is fun, in this one it sucks because it feels like more grinding work than anything else. I hate how stealing is implemented and would rather they just take it out all together since it feels more like a punishment than getting any kind of reward.

Yup, thievery = money making. Don't know about barter as now of my characters have it. Luck is nice. I have one character with 1 luck and got 125 gold from a crate when I normally get 12 gold.

Prices seem fine. I've been able to purchase everything I've wanted with no issue or grind. Try improving reputation/bartering skills and grabbing every single painting that isn't tied to a wall.

You can only attempt theft once. If you find a target with many valuable items to loot, then drop all your points and upgrade your theft skill as much as you can to get the maximum profit from a rich NPC. And also, you can completely rob merchants. If such an opportunity presents itself, I advise you not to dismiss it and take advantage of it. After you have committed a theft, the NPCs will realize that they have been robbed in a few seconds. Commit an act of theft and immediately leave the area so they don't see you. If this game were among the list of applications https://wealthofgeeks.com/win-money-online /, I would earn only in it.

1.) Pickpocket Vendors
2.) Combine drudanae plants with empty buckets that you find. Grow more druenae and sell them to vendors (must turn on herb garden gift bag to do this).
3.) Max Bartering (5 points + 1 barteringwith a human character + bartering gear (can be found normally on belts and necklaces - also possible on unique set of gloves from act 2, and a helmet from act 1). This leads to 10 bartering.
4.) Max out your reputatiton with vendors you will be visiting regularly (ones with potions, crafting materials) etc.
Any combination of these will help. I dont really pickpocket as i play a "good guy" in the game, but it's an option,.

Hey! Sounds like you're doing a great job with managing your gold. I'm in a similar boat--I'm in Act 2 and still figuring out how to make money. Your trick sounds interesting! I'm sure that'll help a lot of people, especially those who are just starting out. However, I'm a bit cautious about using a cheap trick like that--I don't want to risk getting caught and having to start all over again. Are there any other ways to make money early on in the game that don't involve cheating? Have you ever heard of joywallet.com? It's a great way to make money easily, without cheating. This platform provides a variety of options for earning money. Whether you want to take surveys, complete offers, or play games, the platform has something for everyone.
