Improvement:
Buff up the Legendary, Epic and Unique items and lower amount of LE and E items that are sold on vendors.
No vendor sells items that are above your level so you pretty much have to sell/buy after every level-up to stay on track.
How about you buff Legendary and Epic items so that they are better than "Blue" and "Plain" items which are [1,4> levels higher.
Ex. A lvl 12 legendary/epic would still do more damage than a lvl 15 plain/blue item, but on par with a lvl 16 one.
They would get more expensive and rarer with the traders.
Furthermore, buff the uniques the same way and give them something that is truly unique.
I kinda rushed the idea after getting tired of visiting the Undertavern trader every level so if anyone has an upgrade on this point, feel free to add.
