My last save is sadly far away... Can I still progress Sebille quest?

I got even more fun, i had Ifan in party and he instantly triggers his story so my Sebille cant even talk to Roost.
I killed him without talking about The Master too, anyway you are free to progress, you will be able to progress Sebille quest once you reach Nameless Isle.
