Got it, equiped it, I am using Vampirism on bodies. My chars says that this amulet stores source etc. but when I look on it it still says 1/5 charges.

Am I doing something wrong?

If you are doing what you're saying, equipping it and then using Vampirism, then high chance it's bugged for you. Wait on a fix at this point cuz idk how to fix it.

Ok, thanks. Just used merc strategy to pass Blood Path.

You have to have a full source bar before using it.
