I believe there is an issue with the calculation of dual wield damage.

While my friend and I are playing his warfare (15), Two-handed (10) is hitting for 2200 and critting for 4500 (200%) {Character screen shows 2200} , my Soundral (13) and dual wield (13) is hitting for 1400,700 (2100) and backstab critting for 1800,900 (2700) (220%) {Character screen shows 1100} when it should be critting for 4,620.

It just seems that the crit multiplier isn't taking effect correctly.

Because that math comes out to being 125% crit multipler not 220%.

This feels new as before It seemed like the abilities were hitting much harder but I've found it hard to compete with the two-hander's damage now.

I did some test with low level daggers and respec my charecter to 200% crit dmg
so chracter screen shows:
Onehanded = ~50 dmg
dualwielding = ~75 dmg

dual white atacks = 50 + 25
dual crit attacks = 100 +50

i dont see the problem

I've been noticing the same thing actually, at first it almost felt like the dual weird damage wasn't being calculated but my rogue has been feeling the same thing lately. the character screen will show something like 1000 damage and the crits will be just marginally higher with the off hand damage being 50% less than the main hand. The problem is that the critical backstab hits only end up being like a 25% increase even with 200% crit multiplier for those off hand hits so the net increase is actually very low towards the end game. Versus the two-handed skill that scales very well and seems to calculate just fine.

I think what seems strange, and again maybe intended but I wouldnt get why, is that while dual wielding you get a 50% penalty damage, and then your offhand takes another 50% penalty? For instance if you were to just use single handed and hit for 1000, with a dual weird build you'd be hitting for 50% of that on the main hand and then 75% on the offhand from the math above. (500+250=750) and then you toss your 200% crit damage on there and you're up to the 1500, but whats the point?

Dual-wielding cuts the damage to the offhand by 50%. It's in the tooltip of damage. It seems to be done for balance.

So then you're saying that the solution to the problem is to increase the damage of daggers, so that they can compare with other late game weapons.

I have 2 daggers ~150 * 1.5 (100% main, 50% off) = 225

Where as the two-hander's are 300+

Started to see this issue around level 17 and the dagger damage increases have been small (148 ->153 ->160) but the melee weapons are 280 -> 300 -> 320.

If we had seen any daggers with higher damage we would have gotten them off vendors (We have an average of 300,000 gold), we get a lot through lucky charm (10) but they all seems to stay around 160 at this moment.

Not necessarily related to your post, but you might want to swap all of your Dual Wielding for Warfare since you don't appear to be using it. Dual Wielding does way less than Warfare and you shouldn't put anything into it until you max Warfare and Scoundrel first.

What Sanctuary said. Maxing warfare gives the most damage per point for any class really. Similar ta a critical strike multiplier, the warefare multiplier is calculated after the initiall finesse and dualwield damage calculations. But because the warfare multiplier starts at 1.0 and the scoundrel crit multiplier starts at 1.5(i think) one point in warefare gives you a larger percentage increase in damage. The same holds true when warefare is compared to huntsmans highground multiplier which starts at 1.25. That said, scoundrel MS is a big benefit.
