So they removed the 'loot lock' they had in the first game?
They didnt have loot lock in DoS1 as in DoS 2 too
Only loot generation then you arrive - but you are able to change item appearence and order by opening chest, trade window or by killing somebody (and/or Lucky Charm almost every barrel, and/or roll merchant items)
In DoS1 and 2 we have some zones of loot generating
For exemple - separated room from all other map with own item generating order, and u could change it only inside of this room.
"Hard lock" would be good solution and nice Rule.
But Devs should rework itemization if u dont want to receive a useless wand for your 4 warriors.
P.S. seems like they dont lock it to ignore work on itemization issues. Same like - it is better to add 10+ portation spells then to teach enemies how to move objects if blocked
