Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General How much does the game change at lower difficulty

I'm currently in Act I on tactician difficulty and I can't help but feel that most fights while still being enjoyable drags for way too long due to the bloated stats, so I'm considering to start another run in Classic difficulty.
My question is, have you played the game at both difficulty levels? If yes, do you think that Tactician difficulty adds something to the enjoyment of the game or does it just make everything feel more like a chore?
Is the game still enjoyable at Classic difficulty or does it become way too easier?
