Do you get any xp for winning Arena of the One in Fort Joy Act One? Because I feel like it's not worth to play one since it's bit bugged for me.

You get XP for defeating the opponents but IIRC no additional XP for becoming champion. There's some loot as a reward though.

You can get rid of one collar, though Magisters will arrest you if you do and they see you.
