i'm quite new here but i've been following this forum for quite some time..i have read so many post about how to get this dragon armor quest and so but i still can't get it no matter what..
now the problem is i got the quest but i can't get the breastplate from sir patrick..he didn't offer me quest in return for the breastplate..maybe i've already completed his quest long time ago...
so what am i suppose to do now? really apreaciate those who can help me..

Have you found the pieces of Dragon Armor (gloves-Dark Forest, shield-Stormfist castle, belt-Verdistis - these are the first ones to be found, check the spoilers on the forum), you'll get the helmet and the plate armor later, after solving another quest (gathering the council, dwarven member ), don't worry about it.
I don't recall this ever being in my quest log, though ( <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" /> if it was, I overlooked it...I'll be there soon with my new character, so I have to remember to check this...) - but even if it gets written in the quest log, it's really late in the game. So don't worry if there's nothing in your log - just make sure you find all pieces of armor (and don't forget to save before you identify them), you can get really great stats <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />, and there's bonus when you get them all...

Well, i don't think that is correct.
Sir Patrick i believe has the breast plate, which you have to get repaired by the Dwarf in the halls...
I can't remember his name, but if you pay off some guys debt for him to Sir Patrick, he will give it to you.

If talking to the dwarven king, smith and Sir Patrick multiple times does not trigger the speech option, see;
FIX for broken Imp Council Member quest

if you lie to him and use the option: Let's forget about it = No further speech option about the breastplate.
I had the feeling that "let's forget..." seems to be a killer sentence, because it appears somewhere else in his speech option, too IIRC.

Argghhh...really fruss about this "BLOODY" breastplate...actually i don care that much about that stupid breastplate anymore..i've been playing for few days just looking for that breastplate..

ive been given the quest from sir patrick to pay the debt off. I pay the 2500 gold. When I ask sir patrick - " what do you want to exchange the breastplate "
he gives me the quest again. Obviously I cant do anything cause ive already done the quest. Ive reloaded and tried but the same thing happens. ANy help ?

UPDATE - I chose the "lucias didnt have the money" option, and ended up paying 2000GP for the armour, and got the armour.
