Is it possible to recharge staffs, especially the "Läuterungsstab" (Reformation staff?)?

It's called "Purging Wand" in the English version. Gratiana can recharge them for you. In one of your conversations with her she will offer to recharge the wands for you. After that if you bring any Purging Wand with zero charges to her, she can recharge it to full.

Wand.... of course! I play the German version, so I don't know the regular English names.
