The one with the rotating junctions and blessed fire/fluids? When I get the top-down view from interacting with the alter, I can interact with the rotating junctions no problem, but all the valves give me a "can't reach" message with no effect. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

I've tried loading from various earlier points before entering the tomb, to no avail.

Anyone? Anything? A way to cheat around it if not a fix? I'd really like to continue playing the game

You're not supposed to get in there. When you're done with setting up the pipes, you have to interact with the altar and select an option to start the flows. 3rd option IIRC.
