I have completed forging dragon armour with the heart of the dragon but master of warriors guild told me to get dragon's heart but i already forged it to my dragon armour. Are there any dragons to slay?

You can buy back the dragon's heart, as well as the original dragon armour. I'm not sure if not getting the quest first will cause a problem, though.
